Real Estate Virtual Academy

Ideal for students craving some remote learning and some in-person learning, our online pre-license course supplies materials for asynchronous remote lessons and live in-person sessions. Future realtors living in Kentucky will complete all 96 hours of their pre-license training required for certification in the state.

Spend the first 60 hours taking advantage of online training and virtual lessons. Learn the basics of real estate from the comfort of your home and on your own schedule before attending live in-person classes at one of our training offices to fulfill the remaining 36 hours of required coursework.
